Issues with latest versions of Microsoft Outlook

It has become apparent that there are issues with the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook that preclude its use with non-Microsoft email platforms, such as ours.

If you are using the latest versions of Outlook to send and receive email please try setting it to ‘Classic Mode’.
