There is currently a network issue which is having an impact on inbound and outbound email.
We are currently investigating and will post a update as soon as we have more information.
UPDATE: 17:17 22/01/24 There is a DNS issue at our main anti-spam blacklist provider that caused delays in processing mail, resulting in a bit of a backlog.
While they are investigating this, we have temporarily stopped using them to allow mail to flow freely again, and will re-enable the service once it’s back up and running.
We’ll also work on an automated approach so we can react more quickly if such a situation ever occurs again.
UPDATE: 19:10 22/01/24 Issue with blacklist resolved and re-enabled on all relay servers.
