For those users using our old Roundcube-based webmail service (webmail.verygoodemail.com or vwm.overssl.net in most cases), please note that we are retiring this service at the end of April.
We would kindly request that you move over to our main webmail service at https://mail.verygoodemail.com or https://mail.overssl.net as soon as is convenient.
After the service is shutdown, any attempts to connect will be automatically redirected to the new webmail service.
Does this just mean that I have to change my settings in Thunderbird or do I also have to inform all my correspondants also?

I was successfully using F2S via Talk Talk, until they told me last year that I had to use you directly. so I paid you the annual fee for our 2 accounts and now you tell me that this is changing (AGAIN) ?
What is going on? Will I still be able to access my F2S accounts from next month? You haven’t given us much notice!!

Your account isn’t changing – we’re simply removing our old webmail interface (that we haven’t supported for over 10 years).

There was no new log-in information needed at the time as your email hadn’t moved, and no changes should have been needed as we’ve been providing the F2S email in the background since the original F2S days – you just get to talk to us directly now, rather than TalkTalk.
