There appears to be an issue affecting customers on the BT/Virgin/O2/365 networks.
We’ve had a number of reports from customers having issues connecting to their email – both via email clients such as Outlook and Thunderbird, as well as accessing webmail at https://mail.verygoodemail.com/
There are no issues on our side but it appears that there are issues with the above networks, confirmed by posts we’ve seen on Social Media.
