Latest Update (11:00 14/07/22): It looks like the DNS issue with TSO Host has now been resolved.

Background:

In the last 24 hours we have received a large number of calls, emails and tickets from former MrSite customers who have continued to host their email with us.

The issue in all cases has been that the mail records (MX Records) for the customers’ domain have been removed by TSOHost – so no new emails are reaching their mailboxes.

Unfortunately this is completely outside our control.

Customers will need to contact their Domain Host, TSO Host, and get their MX Records updated as follows:

10 a.mx.verygoodemail.com
20 b.mx.verygoodemail.com

TSO Host can be contacted via their website at: https://www.tsohost.com/support

Once this is done, if you are having issues connecting to our mail servers you will need to change the MrSite server addresses that you are connecting to as follows:

Inbound Server:

mail.verygoodemail.com
Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3)
Select TLS/SSL if option.

Outbound Server:

mail.verygoodemail.com
Port: 465
Select TLS/SSL if option.

It *should* just be the server address that needs changing to mail.verygoodemail.com
