Issues with Microsoft Outlook ‘Classic’

I'm Iain Ogilvie, and I've been involved in the Internet industry since 1997, in both marketing and customer support roles, and with The Very Good Email Company since 2007. During this time, I've seen a lot of changes, and increasing automation and outsourcing across the industry to save costs at the expense of the end user.
