Note: your ‘login/username’ is your email address.
Inbound Server:
mail.verygoodemail.com
Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3)
Select TLS/SSL if option.
Outbound Server:
mail.verygoodemail.com
Port: 465
Select TLS/SSL if option.
You must enter your username/password
Set authentication to ‘Password’ if option.
Microsoft Outlook users must be in ‘Classic’ mode.
MX Records
Changing your MX Records
In order to redirect your emails to us you need to change your current MX records to:
10 a.mx.verygoodemail.com
20 b.mx.verygoodemail.com
Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours before your DNS changes fully propagate.
SPF Records
If required, set the SPF Record for your domain as follows:
v=spf1 include:_spf.verygoodemail.com ~all
