How We Charge
 
There are two key concepts to how we charge for accounts:

• Capability Billing
  We will charge you for what an account is capable of, which is not necessarily what it is using. For example, if you set up an account with a ‘Maximum Mailboxes’ level of 5, you will be charged for 5 mailboxes, regardless of whether they have been created or not. Please take this into consideration when creating accounts. Currently, chargeable extras are additional mailboxes, anti-virus, quota and IMAP. Please see your contract for a full explanation of how to calculate billing. We also have a pricing calculator available on your Partner Portal.

• ‘End of the Month’ Snapshots
  You will be billed at the end of the month for all accounts in existence on midnight on the last day of the month. Invoices are sent via email to your nominated email address as .csv files, broken down by customer reference.
