In order to transfer your domain to us, you would need to follow the following process:
.uk Domains (including .co.uk, .org.uk etc)
Before proceeding, notify us so we can initiate the transfer. Once we have done this, you need to login to your control panel with the other provider, if available, unlock the domain and set the IPS Tag to REGISTRAR-EU. If you are unable to do this for any reason, then you’ll need to contact their support team and ask them to do it for you.
Once your existing provider has made the change, the domain will normally arrive with us within a few hours at most. We will confirm with you via email when this has happened.
Other Domains (.com, .org etc)
You need to login to your control panel with the other provider, if available, unlock the domain and obtain a transfer authorisation code. If you are unable to do this for any reason, then you’ll need to contact their support team and ask them to do it for you. Once you have the code, email it to hostmaster@verygoodemail.com and we will initiate the transfer from our end.
Once we initiate the process at our end, it can take up to 6 days. This can normally be improved by approving the transfer on your existing provider’s control panel. Please note that we can’t help or advise on the specifics on how to do this!
