Some legacy Nildram customers with their own domains have, until now, retained the historical nildram.net MX settings for their domains. As of today, it would appear that TalkTalk have allowed this domain to expire, meaning that emails will no longer be routed correctly, and will bounce instead. If this is affecting you, please change your MX records as soon as possible. You can check your domain status via https://mail.verygoodemail.com and if you need to make changes, have a chat with our handy AI agent, Edwin (bottom right of any page on our website), who will guide you through what you need to do.
Correct MX records are:
a.mx.verygoodemail.com
b.mx.verygoodemail.com
We normally recommend using a priority of 10 for both, but it’s not important what you choose.
