My email isn’t working.
Please login to our webmail at https://mail.verygoodemail.com using your email address as login and usual password. If you have your own domain, click Account at the top right, and then Settings/Domain Names to check if the configuration is correct. If you are able to do this, then your email is working fine, but you might need help with correct configuration of your email clients or settings. Please see https://www.verygoodemail.com/support for the recommended server settings.
I can’t see my folders in webmail.
Our webmail was recently upgraded for improved functionality on small screens. If you look at the top left, you should see ‘Show Folders’. Click this to show your folders and switch between them, then click ‘Hide Folders’ to hide them again if you wish to do so. Please note that they will always start up hidden on a tablet or phone, or if your web browser window is quite small.
Some of my folders are missing

How do I remove an email address from my account?
You can visit your control panel by first logging into our webmail at https://mail.verygoodemail.com using your email address as login and usual password. Once logged in, click on Account at the top right and then ‘Full Control Panel’. This allows you to fully administer your account. If you remove a mailbox, then make sure to let us know so we can reduce the number on your next bill.
I have an email address on tiscali.co.uk domain and I need help or advice.
I’m sorry, you may have been misinformed. We don’t handle emails on that domain. While we do handle some old TalkTalk domains, such as gotadsl.co.uk, nildram.co.uk and f2s.com, tiscali.co.uk is still handled by TalkTalk, so you will need to consult with them.
Is there a Control Panel?
Yes, you can view and control everything about your email account via the control panel within our Webmail service. This can be found here:

You login with your normal email address and password.
For settings related to your email, click ‘Account’ at the top right, then ‘Settings’. If you are an account administrator, click on ‘Account’ at the top right, then ‘Full Control Panel’ for account level admin controls such as creating and deleting Mailboxes or Aliases, company-wide signatures etc.
How do I forward my Email?
We would generally advise against this because forwarded emails can appear as Spam, and be rejected in certain cases, so there’s no 100% guarantee that they will all forward successfully. However, you can forward by going into your Mail settings in your control panel, and then click on ‘Advanced’ and ‘Forward’.
Since I migrated my domain to you, I cannot send and receive emails. Why?
If you were previously an F2S customer, you may be using some antiquated setup where your inbound mail server is set to inmail.yourdomain. This is inherently insecure, so we have not replicated this setup when moving your domain. To get things working again, please ensure you use mail.verygoodemail.com for inbound and outbound email. I’m trying to configure Outlook, and it’s not working. Why?
Firstly, stop. Find something else! If you’re using a Mac or an iPhone, then it has Mail built in, and it’s great. If you’re using a PC or Android, use Thunderbird. If you insist on using Outlook, you must run it in ‘Classic’ mode for it to work. As far as we are aware, Classic mode is not available on Android or iPhones, so it won’t work at all on those. How do I switch my email from POP3 to IMAP?
(Applies to Desktop versions of Outlook/ThunderBird/Apple Mail, etc.)
First, configure a new IMAP account under your client, for that please use the server settings found here: https://www.verygoodemail.com/support/
Then before you start, either disable the POP3 from checking for new emails, or be sure that its set to “Leave messages on server” if the former is not possible.
Once the IMAP account is setup, manually transfer files and folders by dragging them across from the POP3 account to the IMAP account, this might take some time depending on the POP3 account size and the speed of your internet connection.
Do not remove the POP3 account from your email client until you are certain everything has been transferred, as the content will be lost once the POP3 mailbox is removed.
