Introducing our Zimbra Lite service!
With ever increasing interest in our Zimbra hosted email and collaboration service we are delighted to announce a new ‘basic’ Zimbra mailbox level – Zimbra Lite (OK – no points for originality of name – but it does what it says on the tin).
This new service provides a stripped out basic Zimbra mailbox at a far lower price than the standard mailbox – enabling us to more closely tailor a solution to a customer’s needs with a mix and match solution – either to control costs – or simply because not all of the customer’s users need full Zimbra functionality.
In effect this replaces our previously announced ‘Hybrid’ solution that combined Zimbra mailboxes with our MailCore solution.

Christmas is coming, the Control Panel is getting fat…
We’ve upgraded the Control Panel yet again with more features to help those using the Panel with SMTP Forwarding (aka Gateway) accounts. The improvements also help out regular administration too!

Using faxtastic? Fancy some free publicity?
We’re putting together a number of case studies highlighting ways that businesses are using our fax to email solutions and the benefits it gives them. If you’d like to take part in a case study we’ll ask you to answer a few brief questions about your business, how you use faxtastic, a suitable quotation and your logo and we’ll do the rest. Details can be in note form and all Case Studies are approved by the customer before we put live. Once posted your case study will give a brief overview of your business and include your logo and a link to your website. Interested?

VAT Rise
On the 4th January 2011, the UK government is increasing the standard rate of VAT from 17.5 per cent to 20 per cent. In line with this increase, we will also charge VAT at 20 per cent from this date. As a result you will notice this higher rate reflected in our charges and any invoices you receive.

We’re delighted to announce that our Zimbra servers have all been upgraded to Zimbra 7. Listed below are a few of the benefits – for a more detailed overview take a look at the Zimbra Enhancements document.
