Administrator
The Very Good Email Company is a small, Tring based business offering hosted email solutions.
We are looking for an Administrator to primarily support the fax2mail side of the business with additional duties in accounting. The role will also involve assisting all aspects of the business as may be required and would suit someone looking to grow with the Company.
You should ideally be educated to A level or equivalent, with strong IT skills (Mac experience preferred but not essential), good typing skills and an excellent telephone manner. The job includes answering calls, calling existing customers to arrange payments, assisting with basic technical queries and assisting the sales team with telephone cover and lead generation.
You will be able to work under your own initiative and well as contributing to the team. We need someone who has excellent attention to detail.
We are offering a starting salary of £15K, with company pension, childcare voucher scheme and staff bonus fund available after probation period, plus 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays. Hours 9-5.30, Monday to Friday.
